Booking Terms And Conditions
The Terms and Conditions below govern the agreement between you, the client, and us, Days In Morocco. It is very important that you read and understand the following booking conditions before you decide to book with Days In Morocco. It is also important that you read the relevant itinerary and understand what is involved in the type of Tour you are intending to book. Days In Morocco. only accepts bookings subject to the following booking conditions.
"By making a booking you agree that you have fully read and understand these terms and conditions.
Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this Website.
Reservation - Booking
1) Upon receiving your inquiry, one of Days In Morocco experienced travel consultants will start to assist you in building a pleasant tour plan according to your personal requirements and interests within 24 hours.
2) A deposit of 10% of the cost of the tour is required at the time of booking. Upon receiving your deposit, we will secure your reservation. However, for larger groups, the deposit will be of a higher amount based on supplier's fees, such as accommodations, vehicles, etc.
3) We highly recommend you book your tour at least 30 days prior to your preferred departure date to avoid disappointment. The rest of the balance will be paid in cash to your driver in euros, or equivalent in dollars or dirhams. We reserve the right to require a higher amount of deposit or an advance payment of balance during high season to secure your booking.
4) Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter that includes your detailed itinerary, the total price, the deposit, and the prices included and not included. If any conditions should change after your confirmation, Days In Morocco reserves the right to make adjustments and offer you similar alternatives.
By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:
- He/she has read these terms and conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them;
- He/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.
We offer three payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa);
- Wire transfer (bank transfer).
Children Price Policy
* Up to 2 years: FREE.
* Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price.
* Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price.
* Ages 12 and up: adult price.
Cancellation and Refund
You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the date that written notification from the person who made the booking is received via email. We recommend that you use recorded delivery/ read receipt. Any cancellation will incur a charge to reflect the reasonable costs incurred by us in arranging and canceling your booking. Should one or more members of a party cancel, it may increase the per person holiday price of those still traveling and you'll be liable to pay this increase.
FREE! If you cancel at least 3 days in advance of most activities, you will receive a complete refund if you paid all the price.
Booking with us, we ask you only for a deposit because if you like to pay the total price of the tour or activity you have fees that you need to pay. But your deposit is non-refundable and is transferable only.
Our Rights under "Unforeseen Circumstances"
We reserve the right to cancel your tour or excursion should certain unforeseen circumstances arise. In such an event, we will refund you any sum already paid to us, including the deposit; however, we will not be liable to pay any additional compensation to you. "Unforeseen circumstances" may include, but are not limited to, terrorists, riots, war, fires, nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, and others.
Our Price Guarantee
If you accept the price of your holiday as quoted at the time of booking (which may be higher or lower than the quoted on this website) and pay the deposit of 10% receipt of our confirmation invoice, your holiday price will be guaranteed. However, we reserve the right to increase our prices in case of any unpredictable sudden increase in the services we provide.
Only Days In Morocco will send a confirmation invoice on receipt of the signed booking form with the appropriate deposit payment.
Amendments of the tours & excursions
We'll make every effort to alter your arrangements but we cannot guarantee this will be possible all the time, especially in the high season. Should an amendment by a client be requested outside the 6 weeks before departure, additional charges might occur added as a supplement.
In order to protect against any unforeseen circumstances, it is advisable to get yourself adequately insured before your date of departure. Coverage should include baggage damage or loss, flight delays or cancellations, etc.
It's important to point out that, we do not provide any insurance. And that it's your responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance. It's our recommendation that you always travel with insurance to cover baggage loss, cancellations, curtailment, medical emergencies, including repatriation, illness, delays, and so on. We also recommend that every participant should possess a policy number and emergency phone number of his/her insurance company or at least necessary required information about the company. A passport valid for no less than 6 months is required prior to entering the country. Responsibility for documentation accuracy and passport validity rests with you. Days In Morocco accepts no responsibility for any failure in this respect. You must clearly provide your full name on your passport; otherwise, we are not liable for any resulting delays and transport failure. Also, travel insurance purchased in advance is strongly suggested for your own sake.
All our tours include airport transfers. You must inform our call center of your flight details (date of flight, flight number, arrival time, and name of travelers) 8 days prior to your arrival for the confirmed arrangement of your transfer. You will be picked up by a Days In Morocco representative holding a "Days In Morocco" sign at the airport. Airport transfers are only available if stated under the "Inclusions" section of your selected tour.
