Day 1: Fes - Ifrane - Azrou - Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga - Erg Chebbi

On the first day of our 3-day desert tour from Fes to Marrakech, we will pick you up at your hotel or Riad around 8:00 a.m. We leave for Midelt via the mountains and the cedar forests of the middle Atlas.

We pass through the city of Ifrane, a fascinating ski resort. At Azrou, an important handicraft center specializing in cedar wood work is worth a visit. We will stop for lunch at Midelt.

In the afternoon, we will drive to Erfoud and into the Sahara desert of Merzouga. You will have a camel trek into the beautiful Erg Chebbi dunes where you will spend the evening in a temporary camp. Enjoy a Berber dinner and sleep in a traditional Nomad camel tent (Luxury desert camp).

Day 2: Merzouga - Erfoud - Rissani - Todra Gorges - Dades Gorges

Wake up in the desert and watch the sunrise while photographing some of the world's most spectacular desert scenery. Enjoy breakfast in the open air. We will return by camels to the hotel or Riad to take a shower. Then, we leave for Erfoud city, which is known for the preparation of fossils.

We will drive via palm tree groves stopping for lunch. Afterwards, we will take a short walk in the Todra Gorges. We will then head to our point at Boumalne Dades to Dades Gorges. We will then have dinner and overnight at the hotel.

We are going to visit Ouarzazate and stop for lunch in the village of Ait Benhaddou.

We will have time and the chance to explore the famous protected UNESCO site which is the nest of many movies such as "Gladiator", "Lawrence of Arabia". We will drive through the pass of Tizi N'Tichka to reach Marrakech city.
