The full-day trip from Fes to Meknes and Volubilis starts at about 08:00 AM with a professional guide/driver who will pick you up directly from your accommodation in Fes or at our meeting point at Bab Boujloud. The journey starts by leaving Fes and heading to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, where you will explore the remains of a 2000-year-old complex. During your visit, you will see some of the best-preserved sites, including a Basilica, the Capitoline Temple, the Arch of Caracalla...etc!.
After exploring Volubilis, you will transfer to the imperial city of Meknes. Here, you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant near El Hedim Square, a central area that reveals the city's architectural treasures. After lunch, take a stroll through El Hedim square and the Medina of Meknes. The sightseeing tour includes landmarks such as the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, Sahrij Souani, and Bab El Mansour, which is known as the largest gate in Morocco.
