This day trip from Marrakech to Ourika Valley starts at around 08:00 AM with pickup directly from your accommodation in Marrakech (if accessible by car) or at our meeting point near the Jamma El Fna. During your journey through the Atlas Mountains, you will enjoy the natural beauty of Ourika Valley and Sti Fadma, passing through green fields and a series of mountain villages inhabited by Berber people.
The day trip to Ourika Valley through Oualmas continues to the village of Sti Fadma, known as the origin of the seven waterfalls that form the Ourika River. Upon arriving in Sti Fadma, you have the option (at your own expense) to hire a local guide who will take you on a 40-minute hike to the first of these waterfalls. It is recommended that you wear proper hiking shoes and comfortable clothing, as the trail goes over rough terrain and includes crossing bridges over running streams. Once you get the waterfall, you will have the chance to capture beautiful photos of the cascading water and the lush surroundings.
After enjoying the waterfall, you will hike back down to relax at a riverside restaurant that overlooks the mountains, where you can enjoy a taste of the local cuisine during your lunch break (lunch is at your own expense).

- First-aid kit with lip balm, aspirin, band-aids, cream for sore muscles (e.g. deep heat), Imodium or similar tablets for mild cases of diarrhea, any extra prescription drugs you may be taking.
